I cannot clock in using my Cell Phone? Please contact your Area Manager as soon as possible to let them know of your situation and the time you arrived at your pool location for clock in. If the problem persists, please email the Office Manager at email@example.com and let us know the problem(s) you are having trying to punch in for your shift.
I cannot remember my Password or the one I am trying to use does not work. If you have trouble logging in to the Deputy system, please call Deputy customer service at 1-855-6-DEPUTY. If you need additional assistance, please email the Office Manager at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I did not receive my Paycheck Our pay period is bi-weekly and begins on a Monday and ends on a Sunday. Paychecks are issued on the Friday after the end of the pay period. You can log into ADP to see when you received your last check and know that the next one will be issued two weeks later. While in ADP, you can also check your time card and make sure you are not missing any hours because you forgot to clock in and out. The other thing that will cause you to not receive a paycheck is by not turning in your Direct Deposit form or giving us the wrong bank account number. If you are certain you did not receive a paycheck, please contact the office right away so we can research the problem and get it taken care of right away. PLEASE DO NOT WAIT FOR A MONTH BEFORE CONTACTING THE OFFICE.
I am missing hours on my Time Card. If you are certain you worked on a specific day and your hours are not on your time card, most likely you did not clock in and out. You will need to contact your Area Manager to resolve this issue.
I need to change my scheduled training class date. If you find you need to change your scheduled training class date, you must contact the Office Manager, email@example.com at least 7 days before your scheduled class to make the change. Failure to do so will result in a $50 rescheduling fee.
